Cheyanne Scharbatke-Church Presents at US State Department

CJL Program Co-Director Cheyanne Scharbatke-Church was hosted by the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Bureau at the US State Department to present on the findings of research into corruption in the criminal justice sector in Lubumbashi, DRC. This research marked the initial pilot of the systems methodology to analyze corruption.
